TOURS : What to expect and how to book one…
These tours are private and give a more personal experience than a larger event, which suits many people.
We can tailor the tour to meet your groups individual needs, this means that we can go at your own speed, spend longer in one area etc.
The tour will last for 1 hour ( sometimes a bit longer )
You will be guided by Mark Eaton who has lived and breathed sanctuary life for over 19 years and who has a wealth of experience and knowledge. Mark has spoken at the National Animal Rights March in London and other venues and is renowned for his great stories from his life at FRIEND.
You will get to meet the animals, feed them and visit all public areas. ,You will learn all about the animals and ask questions, any questions you like.
This is an informal, relaxed experience designed for those who want to take time to get up close and make that personal connection.
Don’t worry if you’ve not visited before, everyone is welcome on these tours.
The basic tour for a standard group 1-4 people is £65 for 1-4 adults.
Larger groups will be considered please email us to discuss pricing and availability. Children under 16 come in for free as always.
Parents/ carers to take full responsibility for all under 16’s whilst at FRIEND.
Not all dates are available please email with preferred dates and we will do our absolute best to try to accommodate your group.

Terms and conditions.
All tours must be booked via e- mail and paid for in advance to secure the booking via PAYPAL.
Cancelling 24 hours or more before the tour means we can hopefully rebook your tour.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before your scheduled time means we may not rebook or fully refund and you will incur a £30 charge deducted from monies paid depending on circumstances of course.
Cancellation on the day less than 2 hours we will not rebook or refund you unless in exceptional circumstances.
Please communicate with us if you have any problems or if you may need to change your booking.
Please keep in mind that we are often literally opening just for your group.
If we need to cancel your tour we will offer a full refund without question.
